Peter Hilton

Peter Hilton is a Supplier Quality Engineering Director with a specialization in Manufacturing Process Improvement, currently serving as the Global Quality Senior Director at SharkNinja since 2025. Peter has extensive experience in the medical device industry and previously held the position of Supplier Quality Engineering Manager at Philips Remote Diagnostic Technologies from 2022 to 2025. Prior to this, Peter was the Managing Director of Hilton Engineering Plastics Ltd. for over two decades, where they were involved in the production of plastic injection molded parts. Peter has also contributed to education as a Lecturer at South Downs College, guiding students through engineering qualifications. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Combined Engineering (Hons) from Coventry University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
