Scott Bertulli

Scott Bertulli serves as the Associate General Counsel for Global IP at SharkNinja, where they represent corporate clients in complex patent disputes and manage all phases of litigation. Previously, Scott held roles at WilmerHale and Proskauer Rose LLP, focusing on intellectual property and patent law. They have extensive experience in inter partes review proceedings and have argued before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Scott's technical background includes a substantial tenure as a Senior Systems Engineer at Raytheon, alongside earlier experience as an Engineering Intern at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. They are currently pursuing a Juris Doctor at Suffolk University Law School and completing a Master's in Electrical Engineering.
