Terence Wong is an experienced engineering and cost management professional with a diverse background in product development and operations. At SharkNinja, Terence leads engineering product cost initiatives and develops cost models for various components within the New Product Development cycle. Prior to this, within Mattel Asia Pacific, Terence held multiple managerial roles, overseeing product development operations, cost engineering, and standardization initiatives to drive efficiency and savings. Terence's earlier experience includes positions at Aqua-Leisure Industries, Lanard Toys, Fast Lane Industries, and Elec & Eltek, where proficiency was demonstrated in cost analysis, supplier negotiations, and project management. Academically, Terence holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Accountancy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a recent Certificate of Achievement in Data Science from Coventry University.
