Tess Lien is an experienced merchandising and buying professional with a strong background in the fashion and retail industries. Currently serving as a Trade Merchandising Specialist at SharkNinja since March 2025, Tess previously worked at Reebok as an Assistant Buyer for Accessories from September 2023 to March 2025. Prior roles include Assistant Buyer for European Luxury Fashion & Vintage and Event Coordinator for Beauty at Rue Gilt Groupe from May 2021 to September 2023, as well as an Editorial Public Relations Intern at Infinity Creative Agency in late 2020. Tess began a career in retail at Nordstrom, where roles included Seasonal Sales Associate and Retail Management Intern between May 2019 and February 2020. Tess holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Apparel and Textiles from the University of Rhode Island, graduating in 2020.
