Minul de Silva

Minul De Silva currently serves as an Operations professional and Right Hand to the COO at Sharma Brands since October 2023 while also acting as Sales Ops Manager at Oceans since July 2022. Previously, Minul held roles in Sales Operations at HOOX from August 2023 to May 2024 and as Pursuits Manager at New Stand from July 2022 to August 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Marketing and Growth Specialist at JUMPshoot from September 2021 to June 2022, where lead generation and client retention were emphasized for Sri Lanka's first automated photo/production studio, alongside producing commercials for notable brands. Minul holds a BSc in Management and Digital Innovation from the University of London (2017-2020) and completed primary and secondary education at the International School Seychelles from 2002 to 2017.
