Nate Wille

Nate Wille has a strong background in engineering and operations management. Nate started their career as an intern at Minitube of America, where they designed and built prototype manufacturing machines and collaborated with management to increase efficiency. Nate then worked at Affiliated Construction Services as a Design Engineer, before moving on to Enerpac Div. Actuant Corp. as an Integrated Solutions Design Engineer. At Enerpac, they served as a Lead Engineer, where they quoted, designed, and managed projects, resulting in an awarded patent. Nate also developed formulas and workbooks to streamline the quoting process and served as a lead engineer to other engineers and interns. Nate is currently the Director of Operations at Sharon Cutwell Co Inc, where they oversee day-to-day operations and focuses on strategic planning and goal-setting. Overall, Nate has a proven track record of delivering reliable, quality, and timely solutions in the engineering and operations fields.

Nate Wille earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UW-Madison, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.
