Polly Pearson is currently the Senior Vice President at Sharon Merrill. Polly has over twenty-nine years of experience in marketing and public relations and has held various positions at different companies.

Pearson started their career in 1991 at EMC as the VP of Corporate Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for managing the brand, field marketing, global events, corporate research, advertising, and market messaging for the company. Polly was able to increase productivity and create a successful launch of many new products. In 2002, they became the VP of Strategy Engagement and Employment Branding. In this role, they were the first Fortune 500 VP to blog and vlog about company culture. Polly also launched a radio show and combined YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, VR, and a blog to improve employment branding. The results were an improvement in employee satisfaction, revenue, and profit growth.

In 2010, Dell paid $67 billion for EMC, which was the largest tech deal in history. Prior to the sale, Pearson was working as the VP of Global Investor Relations. In this role, they were responsible for the messaging of every major product introduced over ten years. Polly was recognized for excellence by Barrons, Bloomberg, NIRI, NYSE.

Polly Pearson has a BS in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Assumption University. Polly also has a degree in Marketing from Boston College, and a degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Saint Louis University.

They are on a team with David C. Calusdian - President, Scott M. Solomon - Senior Vice President, and David M. Reichman - Senior Vice President. Polly Pearson reports to Maureen T. Wolff, CEO.
