Alok Sil

Alok Sil has a wealth of experience in the sourcing and production industry. Alok has held leadership positions in various companies, including Vice President of Global Sourcing at Sharon Young, Inc. since 2020. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager at Leacheng Group Hong Kong Ltd. from 2017 to 2019, where they were responsible for implementing and modifying the business strategy for expansion into South East Asia. Alok also worked as the Senior Manager Sourcing - Apparel Division at BIOWORLD Merchandising from 2012 to 2017, and as the VP Sourcing and Production at J.Suzette & Company Inc. from 2008 to 2012. Alok began their career as the Director of Global Sourcing at Kayon Corporation / Putumayo from 1997 to 2004. Alok is known for their expertise in developing efficient teams and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Alok Sil attended Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a degree in Engineering with a focus on Automobiles.
