Tim Conlin

Tim Conlin has a diverse work experience in the apparel industry. Tim currently serves as the VP/Creative Director for Sharon Young, Inc., overseeing the Sport Haley/Bette & Court brands. Prior to this, Tim owned their own company called Tim Conlin Design, where they provided creative and technical design services for the apparel industry. Tim also worked as an Apparel Designer for STITCH Golf, managing the design transition of the Fennec brand. Before that, Tim again worked at Tim Conlin Design, where they designed and managed the execution of two golf brands, Fennec and Martin, and expanded the product offerings. Tim also worked as a Senior Brand Manager at Lee, spearheading the re-invention of the Lee brand and managing the men's denim and seasonal departments. Tim served as the Senior Director of Product Development for Gear for Sports, where they established the seasonal design vision for multiple brands and impacted revenue increases through private label apparel concepts. Prior to that, they were the Director of Product Development for Gear for Sports, overseeing the creation and execution of apparel for the resort and golf divisions. Tim also launched the Robert Trent Jones Apparel brand while working as a Brand Manager at Gear for Sports. Tim started their career as the Vice President of Design for E. Magrath/Byron Nelson, responsible for design, sourcing, and marketing for two golf apparel brands. Before that, they worked as a Men's Buyer for Harold's.

Tim Conlin received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications from the University of Kentucky, where they attended from 1984 to 1988. In September 2018, they obtained a certification titled "J.T. O'Donnell on Making Recruiters Come to You" from LinkedIn.
