Kevin Hughes

Kevin Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Kevin began their career as a Systems Engineer at Vanstar, Inc./Inacom Corporation in 1996. From there, they worked at Manpower Professionals as a Systems Engineer specializing in Life Cycle Management. In 2003, they joined Sharonview FCU as a Network Engineer, and later moved on to become the Network Systems Administration Manager at Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group, where they received the Celebrate Success Award for Leadership. In 2011, they joined NTT DATA Consulting, Inc. as an Associate Director in Systems Engineering, and in 2015, they were promoted to lead the U.S.-based Engineering team. Kevin returned to Sharonview FCU in 2018 as an Assistant Vice President in IT Core Operations. Eventually, they were elevated to the role of Vice President, where they oversaw the development of new teams and initiatives, including the implementation of IT Change Management processes and the Core Operations On Call process to improve customer service.
