Morgan Larkerbrink has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Personal Banker at Farmers State Bank of Alto Pass, Harrisburg, and Marion, Illinois until 2010. From 2010 to 2019, they held various positions at German American, including Retail Banking Officer, Financial Center Manager, and Senior Training and Development Specialist. In 2019, they joined Sharonview FCU as a Learning and Development Manager and later advanced to the role of Assistant Vice President of Learning and Development. In November 2021, they became the VP of People Strategy at Sharonview FCU.
