Natalia Spratlen

Natalia Spratlen has extensive experience in the financial industry, holding various managerial positions. NATALIA started their career as an Assistant Branch Manager at Coast Bank in 2005. From 2008 to 2016, they served as an Area Manager at Grow Financial Federal Credit Union. NATALIA then joined Y-12 Federal Credit Union as a Regional Branch Manager from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, they worked as a District Manager at GTE Financial before taking on their current role as Regional Assistant Vice President at Sharonview FCU.

Natalia Spratlen pursued their education at Chuvash State University from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained an MBA in Business Management Economics. Concurrently, from 1994 to 1997, they also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Cheboksary, Russia.
