Rand Robbins

Rand Robbins has over two decades of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Starting in 1997 at Global Technology Partners as a Managing Partner/Talent Acquisition Lead, they worked on developing innovative sourcing strategies and leading recruitment teams. Their roles at ThoughtFocus and Excelacom involved utilizing diverse channels for candidate sourcing and research. More recently, they held roles at Global Technology Partners, Morgan Stanley, Fitch Ratings, AMS, and Sharp Decisions as a Principal Sourcing Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they focused on identifying and recruiting top talent for various organizations.

Rand Robbins completed an Associates Degree in Journalism and Mathematics at Rowan University.
