Bryan Patros

Bryan Patros possesses a strong background in customer care operations and process improvement, with current experience as the Supervisor of Customer Care Operations at Sharp Health Plan since December 2018. Previous roles include Customer Experience & Process Improvement Analyst and Training & Quality Analyst. Prior to Sharp Health Plan, Bryan served as Director of Operations at Ryan & Walter, LLC, and held various positions at RJS LAW, Union Bank, where responsibilities ranged from Staff Accountant Lead to Operations Supervisor in Electronic Banking. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business.
