Fatsani Dogani, PhD, MPH, RN has a diverse work experience in healthcare and academia. Starting in 2001, Fatsani worked as an RN at St Peters Hospital in the UK for four years. Following this, from 2006 to 2007, Fatsani worked as an RN at Scripps Memorial. In 2008, Fatsani joined Sharp HealthCare as an RN and eventually became a Clinical Lead, receiving awards for Patient Safety and Transformational Leadership. In 2014, Fatsani co-founded TaSanni, LLC and served as the Co-CEO. In 2017, Fatsani further expanded their career as an author and speaker, and also started a role at Sharp HealthCare as a Clinical Lead. In 2019, Fatsani joined San Diego State University as an Adjunct Professor. Overall, Fatsani has demonstrated a commitment to healthcare, leadership, entrepreneurship, and academia throughout their career.

Fatsani Dogani PhD, MPH, RN holds a Certificate of Completion in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from The Center Of Global Enterprise, which was obtained in 2018-2019. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Public Health Epidemiology from Walden University between 2007 and 2013. Additionally, they hold a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health from the University of Leeds, achieved in 2000-2002.
