Halle Aiken-Penolio

Halle Aiken-Penolio is a seasoned professional in philanthropy and development, currently serving as the Senior Development Officer at Sharp HealthCare since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Ronald McDonald House Charities® of San Diego as Corporate & Community Philanthropy Officer and Coordinator from March 2020 to December 2024, and at 360 Destination Group as Design & Development Manager from May 2019 to February 2020. Halle has a background in coordinating in-kind donations and special visits at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego and has held various positions there, including Foundation Intern and Playroom Volunteer. Early career experience includes a role as a waitress at Hooleys Irish Pub and Grill and serving as Fundraising Director for the Aztec Dance Marathon, an initiative that raised funds for Rady Children's. Halle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from San Diego State University and a Child Life certificate from UC Santa Barbara.
