Janet Hanley

Janet Hanley, RN, MBA, NEA-BC has had extensive work experience in healthcare leadership roles. Janet started their career at Sharp HealthCare in 2009 as the Chief Nursing Office/VP of Patient Care Services. After serving in this role for four years, they transitioned to the role of Vice President of Patient Technology, Innovation, and Efficiency in 2013. Janet was later promoted to CNIO and VP of Patient Technology, Innovation, and Efficiencies in 2018. In addition to their work at Sharp HealthCare, Janet also held a position as the Director of Critical Care Services at Sharp Grossmont Hospital.

Janet Hanley, RN,MBA NEA-BC obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix between 2000 and 2002.
