Olivia Mayo

Olivia Mayo has a diverse work experience. Olivia started their career as a Victim Advocate at the Los Angeles City Attorney and District Attorney's Victim Assistance Program from August 2012 to May 2014. Olivia then worked as an Admission Associate at Mount Saint Mary's University from August 2011 to May 2014. Later, from June 2014 to July 2015, they served as an Administrative Assistant at the same university. In 2016, they joined Sharp HealthCare as a Nursing Assistant and worked there until August 2017. For the next three years, from August 2017 to November 2020, Olivia worked as a Flu Clinic Nurse at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Clinical Nurse at Sharp HealthCare since November 2020.

Olivia Mayo received their Master's Degree in Clinical Nurse Leader, Registered Nurse, and Master's of Science in Nursing from Hahn School of Nursing and Health Science from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Health Care Policy and Spanish Studies at Mount Saint Mary's University from 2010 to 2014. Olivia Mayo has also obtained additional certifications, including Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider from Sharp HealthCare in November 2019, Introduction to Healthcare Leadership from IHI in 2016, NDNQI Pressure Ulcer Training Course from Press Ganey in 2016, Mandated Reporter Medical and General Training from Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego in 2016, Injury Prevention Program: Safe Patient Mobilization from Sharp HealthCare in 2016, Protecting Human Research Participants from NIH Research in 2016, Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in April 2015, Victim-Witness Assistance Fundamentals Training from Los Angeles District Attorney's Victim-Witness Assistance Program in 2013, and Medical Records Clerk: Terminology and Record Management from East Los Angeles Occupational in 2010. Olivia also has a certification in NIH Stroke Scale from NIH Research & Consulting.
