Rebeca Perez-Serrano

Rebeca Perez-Serrano is a legal counsel and director who has worked for companies like ResMed, Becton, Dickinson and Company, and Sharp. Rebeca has experience in a broad range of areas, including strategic collaboration and development agreements, reseller agreements with hospital information technology vendors, enterprise solution agreements with health systems and vendors, government and group purchasing organization contracts, domestic and international distribution agreements, joint venture agreements, intellectual property and clinical trial agreements, cloud-based solutions agreements, data and analytics agreements, and complex information security agreements.

Rebeca also has experience with privacy and cybersecurity issues, equity and secured debt financing, general labor and employment matters, compliance with HIPAA, HITECH ACT, Service Organization Controls (SOC) Type 2 audits, DHS – ICS CERT inquiries, FDA, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, anti-kickback regulations, fraud and abuse regulations, and Sunshine Act matters.
