Community Management Team

The Community Management Team at Sharp Management Corporation is responsible for overseeing and maintaining all aspects of residential multifamily properties under their care. This includes ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing lease agreements, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and fostering a positive living environment. The team works collaboratively with Regional and NYC Property Managers to deliver seamless property management services across various locations, including New York City, upstate New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, West Virginia, Georgia, Mississippi, and Arkansas.
