Melissa Pay

Melissa Pay is an experienced professional in the influencer management industry, currently serving as the Head of Campaigns at Sharp Talent Management since September 2018. In this role, Melissa leads the agency's efforts to manage key influencers while ensuring efficient and profitable campaign partnerships. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Talent Manager, where responsibilities included managing influencer opportunities and delivering analytical reports for social media campaigns, and as a Junior Talent Manager overseeing existing talent. Prior to joining Sharp Talent Management, Melissa entertained audiences at Paultons Park from April 2015 to October 2019. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre Performance from the University of Chichester.
