James Heick

James Heick began their career in 2006 as a Training Specialist for ProfitCenter Software, where they served as a Purchasing and Warehousing Subject Matter Expert for the software application. James also installed and supported Point of Sale and Warehouse Ship Station systems, and assisted in the planning of a new training department. In 2011, Heick joined CompuSearch Technology Recruiting as an IT Recruiter. James then moved to Total Defense Inc. and iSheriff in 2013 as a Training Specialist. In 2014, Heick became the Chief Operations Officer at Sharpe Concepts, where they were a Premier VAR Partner for Fishbowl Inventory Software.

James Heick attended St. Joseph's University New York from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a BS in Business Administration. During their time there, they also obtained certificates in Marketing, Human Resources, and Management.
