Michael C. Adams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the industrial and investment sectors. Currently serving as Director at both Sharpe Engineering and Equipment, LLC, and Terrawise Solutions, Michael has a strong background in construction technology. As the Founder and Managing Director of Cornerstone Industrial Group, LLC, Michael focuses on acquiring and managing niche industrial service and manufacturing businesses. Previous roles include ownership and chair positions at Wahl Refractory Solutions and Swiss-Tech, LLC, and leadership as Chairman & CEO of Cornerstone Industrial Holdings, Inc., and President of Midwest Tooling Group. Earlier in Michael's career, Vice President positions were held at National City Bank and Reserve Capital Group, specializing in investment banking. Michael holds a BA in Computer Science from Colgate University and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
