Natalie Martynow has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Natalie began their career in 1990 at the Department of Veterans Affairs, where they served as a Lead Medical Clerk/Supervisor until 2000. Following that, they owned and served as the CEO of Natalie's Childcare from 2000 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Gassen Company, Inc. as a Senior Association Manager and later as a Community Association Manager, where they oversaw housing communities and handled various responsibilities related to maintenance, enforcement of rules and regulations, and collection processes. Currently, they are working at Sharper Management, starting as a Community Manager in 2018 and progressing to the roles of Director of Community Management and Vice President of Community Management.
Natalie Martynow, CMCA, AMS attended Northland Remer High School from 1985 to 1987 and attended Roosvelt High School in Minneapolis from 1983 to 1985. Natalie also studied at Holy Name Catholic School in Minneapolis. Natalie Martynow obtained the certifications of Certified Manager of Community Associations in 2014 and Association Management Specialist in 2016 from the Community Associations Institute.
