Samrat Karnik

Samrat Karnik is a Managing Director on the Industrial Technology Team at Houlihan Lokey, where responsibilities include providing independent corporate finance advice to prominent industrial, environmental, and energy technology companies. In addition to this role since June 2022, Samrat serves as a Board Advisor for Sharper Shape Group and a Board Member for Aqua Membranes, Inc. Previous experience includes serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of Industrial Technologies at Capstone Headwaters, and Vice President at both Duff & Phelps and Houlihan Lokey. Samrat began the career as an Analyst at Berenson & Company and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern School of Business.
