Alexander Spradling

Alexander (Alec) Spradling, PhD, MA, is a seasoned coaching professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational behavior. As the Owner and Coach at Coach Hangout since 2002, Alec specializes in guiding individual contributors and managers at various career stages. Currently a Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp since 2016, Alec provides personalized coaching to emerging leaders across the USA and internationally. Previous roles include Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at Levinson by Pariveda from 1995 to 2001 and Organizational Development Consultant and Coach at Pacific Bell from 1990 to 1994, where key contributions included coaching managers on integrating systems thinking and adapting to cultural changes. Academically, Alec holds a PhD in Human Science from Saybrook University and a MA in Clinical Holistic Health Education from John F. Kennedy University, along with a French Baccalauréat from Institut Le Rosey.
