Frans Schut

Frans Schut is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Co-CEO of Next Level Group since December 2023, Schut oversees the continuation of services from HelloFlex Group, alongside managing software activities under the MatchQ label. As Managing Shareholder at SharpMinds since January 2021, Schut leads an outsourcing company specializing in dedicated remote software developers. Schut has also held significant roles including Shareholder at Verum Holding, where the ASD:Suite platform innovates software design automation, and Co-CEO and CFO at HelloFlex Group during its earlier phases. Additional experience includes being a Shareholder at Transparix and Haven Resort Heeg, and serving as CFO at ICEPAY. Notably, Schut was a partner at Redstone Corporate Finance and held a senior managerial role at Nationale Investeringsbank. Schut holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
