Sangeetha Srinivasan

Sangeetha Srinivasan, PhD has extensive work experience in the field of pharmaceutical development and biomaterials. Sangeetha currently holds the position of Director of Pharmaceutical Development at Shasqi, where they are responsible for CMC and GMP manufacturing, analytical method development, preclinical study design, regulatory documentation, and project management. Prior to this, they served as an Associate Director and Principal Scientist at Shasqi, where they garnered experience in various aspects of biomaterial development and management, including supply chain, preclinical studies, and relationship management with consultants and contractors.

Additionally, Sangeetha worked at the Georgia Institute of Technology as a Graduate Research Assistant, where they focused on developing biomaterial controlled-release technology and studying the role of dendritic cells in PLGA adjuvant effect. Sangeetha also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant during their time at the institute. Sangeetha gained further experience as a Graduate Summer Intern at Boehringer Ingelheim, where they created mathematical models for T-cell - Dendritic cell interactions and drug pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics.

Earlier in their career, Sangeetha worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where they collaborated on research projects. Sangeetha also served as a Process Design Engineer Intern at Coromandel Fertilisers Limited, where they proposed optimized designs for the existing process of a Sulfuric acid plant.

Sangeetha Srinivasan, PhD has a diverse educational background. Sangeetha holds a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. In addition, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Management of Technology from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. Sangeetha also earned a Graduate Certificate in Micro Electro Mechanical Systems from the Georgia Institute of Technology - School of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Sangeetha'sundergraduate education was completed at Anna University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Chemical Engineering.

Furthermore, Sangeetha Srinivasan has an additional certification in Introduction to Finance, which they obtained in March 2013 from Coursera.
