Holly Duffy

Holly Duffy is a Program and Policy Analyst at Shasta County since January 2020, where responsibilities include developing action plans in collaboration with directors and managers, researching policy solutions, and analyzing hiring practices to address barriers and inequities. Prior experience includes serving as a Health Education Specialist at the County of Humboldt, leading strategic efforts for the Tobacco-Free Humboldt Program and managing grant applications for smoke-free campus policies. Holly's background also features work as a Health Extension Volunteer with the Peace Corps, focusing on health promotion programs, and roles such as a cashier and certified trainer at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, and a coach at California Gymnastics Academy. Holly holds a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from San Jose State University.
