Erika Puckett has over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, holding various roles from Certified Nursing Assistant to Admitting & Communications Director. With a background in patient care, administration, and leadership, Erika has demonstrated proficiency in managing operations, supervising staff, and coordinating patient admissions and communication processes. Erika recently completed a Healthcare Leadership program at Duke University to further enhance their skills in hospital and health care facilities administration and management.
