Gerard Rath serves as a Partner at Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin & Spratt, LLP since February 2008, after previously holding the position of Associate. Rath's practice areas include Appellate Practice, Personal Injury, Insurance Litigation, General Liability Defense, and Professional Liability Defense. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Law Clerk at the New York Court of Appeals from August 2005 to February 2008 and as an AW in the US Navy from 1983 to 1988. Rath earned a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law, a MA in International Business from Webster University, and a BA in International Relations with a focus on Russian from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Bar admission in New York occurred in 2004.
