Nicholas Tam

Nicholas Tam is a partner at Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin & Spratt, LLP, where involvement in the Litigation/Appellate Strategy & Advocacy Group includes briefing and arguing appeals while developing effective litigation strategies since April 2013. Prior experience encompasses positions as a judicial fellow for Hon. Sheri S. Roman at the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, where analysis of appeals in tort, criminal, and commercial matters occurred, as well as various legal intern roles with the New York State Attorney General's Office, Nassau County Attorney's Office, and others. Nicholas Tam earned a Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Western University.
