Ubaidullah Ansari

Ubaidullah Ansari is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre since November 2021, Ubaidullah leads the HR department and advises senior management on HR-related matters. Prior to this, Ubaidullah held the position of Head of Human Resources at Aga Khan Health Service Pakistan from February 2017 to November 2021, and Group Head of Human Resources at Colors Group of Companies from June 2012 to January 2017, where Ubaidullah contributed to the establishment of the group HR function. Additional experience includes significant roles at Shajar Management Consultant, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, and Ora-Tech Systems, demonstrating a strong background in HR consultancy, policy formation, and employee development. Ubaidullah holds an MBA in Management from PIMSAT and a Bachelor of Commerce from Karachi University.
