Richard Nornhold

Richard Nornhold has over 25 years of work experience in various roles. Richard began their career in 1996 as a Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager for Emtrol Inc. In 2001, they moved to Thomson Multimeda as a Project Manager/Lead Engineer. From 2002 to 2004, they were the Global Supply Chain Manager for Woodstream Inc. Following this, they were the President of AMP Design from 2004 to 2007. Richard then served as VP and General Manager for Oven Industries from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they moved to Energizer as Manager - Automation and Molding Groups. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Program Manager and Business Unit Manager for Johnson & Johnson. Richard then worked as Continuous Improvement Manager for CBF Bakery Systems from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the Automation Manager for Shavelogic.

Richard Nornhold received their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University between 1988 and 1992. Prior to that, they attended Donegal High School from 1984 to 1988.
