Lessia Crosby

Lessia Crosby is a seasoned project controls professional with extensive experience leading project control functions across various industries, including pharmaceuticals and petrochemicals. Currently serving as a Senior Project Controls Specialist and EVMS Program Lead at CB&I AREVA MOX Services, LLC, Lessia oversees compliance with DOE EVMS guidelines, facilitates variance analysis, and provides training for new Control Account Managers. Prior roles include Senior Cost Consultant at Currie & Brown, where Lessia successfully closed out a $40 million pharmaceutical construction project, and a Project Control Specialist at Jacobs Engineering, managing project controls for a $424 million expansion. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Lessia has demonstrated expertise in cost management, scheduling, and financial reporting.
