Michael Chase

Michael Chase, MBA, is currently serving as the Plant Director at Shaw Bakers, where they oversee the operations of a large bakery and lead a substantial workforce. With over 31 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing and packaging, they have successfully managed multi-shift facilities and have expertise in Lean manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization. Previously, they held various key roles, including Infrastructure Manager at Columbus Foods and Maintenance Supervisor at Dole Food Company. Michael also has a strong educational background, including an MBA in Leadership from Walden University and a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they have contributed as a Peace Corps Volunteer, focusing on adolescent health education and community health initiatives.
