Sharanya Bhaskara

Sharanya Bhaskara is an experienced professional in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the Food Safety & Quality Director at Shaw Bakers since July 2024. Previously held the same title at Costa Fruit & Produce from November 2021 to October 2024. Other roles include Food Quality Control Coordinator at Prana Gourmet Foods, Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Illinois Institute of Technology, and Food Safety Specialist at ConnectFood. Sharanya has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant with the FDA, contributing to food safety research.
