Chad has held various roles in different companies including Shaw Construction LLC as an Area General Superintendent and Project Superintendent, Renner Architects as a Superintendent, Delwest as a General Superintendent, and Mandel Development as a Foreman, Project Engineer, and Superintendent. Chad obtained their Bachelor's Degree from Carroll University in 2000.
