Alan Duncan

Alan Duncan, CPA, currently serves as the International Accounting Director at Shaw Industries since February 2022. Prior to this role, Alan held various positions at Char-Broil, culminating in the role of Financial and Accounting Systems Manager, where responsibilities included the implementation of SAP S/4Hana. Alan also served as the interim Europe Head of Finance at Char-Broil Europe GmbH, managing finance teams and overseeing complex financial operations. Previously, Alan was the Internal Audit Manager at WC Bradley, conducting assurance audits and participating in risk assessments. Additional experience includes serving as Interim VP of Finance at Lamplight Farms, Audit Supervisor at Robinson, Grimes & Company, and Controller Assistant at Victory Real Estate Investments. Alan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Columbus State University.
