Alex Pendon

Alex Pendon has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and process engineering, with a career that has included significant roles at Shaw Industries since February 2007, where responsibilities have included Plant Manager, Production Manager, Department Manager, and Senior Process Engineer. Prior to Shaw Industries, Alex Pendon worked at Eaton as a Manufacturing Engineer and Lean Practitioner, and at Flextronics/Chatham Technologies as a Manufacturing Engineer. Alex Pendon's career began at Datametrics as an Industrial Engineer. Educationally, Alex Pendon holds an MBA from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a degree in Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
