Cheryl Maton has extensive experience at Shaw Industries Inc, beginning in November 1992 and currently serving as the Digital Sales Engagement Manager since January 2021. In this role, Cheryl is the sole administrator of Showpad, leading the development and management of a digital asset and coaching platform to enhance user engagement. Previously, as a Salesforce.com Administrator, Cheryl provided support and training on various digital tools while fostering user adoption. Cheryl's analytical skills were honed as an Analyst, where expertise in SQL queries supported multiple business units with inventory management and sales reporting. Earlier roles included Human Resources Specialist, Coordinator of Employment Resources, and Customer Service SPOC, reflecting a well-rounded background in both technical and operational functions. Cheryl is an alumnus of Idaho State University.
