Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Business Transformation at Shaw Industries, O'Meara has also held key leadership roles such as Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain and Vice President of Customer Fulfillment within the same organization. As the Founder and CEO of 10xLogisticsExperts, LLC, O'Meara demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Additional experience includes serving on the Board of Directors at Lanehub and as Senior Vice President of Operations at Interline Brands, a Home Depot Company, as well as Senior Vice President for Supply Chain Effectiveness at Breakthrough Fuel LLC.
