Matthew Clayton H. has extensive experience in the textile industry, particularly at Shaw Industries, where responsibilities have ranged from Technical Director to Plant Manager and Production Manager since September 2006. In these roles, oversight includes managing 350 associates in tufting, dyeing, and coating operations, as well as leading quality and process improvement initiatives in carpet backing manufacturing. Before Shaw Industries, Matthew Clayton H. completed an R&D co-op at Arch Chemicals while pursuing a B.S. in Chemistry at the Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating in 2006.
