Wiliam Hernandez, MBA, possesses extensive experience in leadership, training, and development within the manufacturing and textile industries. Currently serving as a Divisional Leadership & Team Development Manager at Shaw Industries since August 2017, Wiliam has held various roles including Divisional Training and Development Manager and Training Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Mohawk Industries as an Analytical Methods Training Specialist and Management Associate-Production Supervisor, as well as roles at Beaulieu America ranging from Department Trainer in Yarn Processing to Training Manager for Special Projects. Wiliam holds an MBA in Business/Managerial Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Belhaven University, along with an Associate's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Universidad de El Salvador.
