In 1974, Fred Shaw and his partner and friend, Lyle Lundquist, were determined to form a construction company based on their shared values of honesty, trust and reliability. The two men had already worked together for 20 years and knew they could establish a company that would be better than the competition. 

Today, Shaw-Lundquist is one of the largest Asian-owned general contractors in the country. Two of Fred’s sons continue to lead the company. Hoyt Hsiao serves as President and CEO, continuing the company’s rich culture and absolute commitment to client success. Holden Hsiao is the Principal-in-Charge of our West Region operations located in Las Vegas, NV
