Craig Houston has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Craig began their career in 1999 as a Senior Analyst at Capital One Auto Finance, where they developed exception reporting to enforce critical business rules using Crystal Reports and SQL. Craig then took on the role of Payment Processing Unit Manager, where they analyzed and re-engineered processes for a 750,000 loan portfolio, developed and managed reconciliation processes, procedures and infrastructure, and led a project to develop business requirements for a pay by phone product using the Automated Clearing House.

In 2008, Craig moved to Ally Financial Inc. as the Director of Collection Strategies, where they were responsible for setting, achieving and exceeding objectives for quality, portfolio performance and value generation for collection strategy testing and key strategic systems. Craig then took on the role of Director, Enterprise Risk Operations Strategy.

In 2012, Craig became the Vice President of Credit Strategy at Conn's. In 2013, they returned to Shaw Systems Associates, LLC as the Collections and Recovery Product Manager, where they were responsible for application support, product development, customer support, sales support, and product innovation functions of two software for sale products for the financial services industry.

In 2015, Craig joined Ocwen Financial Corporation - US as the Director, Solutions Delivery, where they were responsible for proprietary software development, enterprise software architecture controls and governance, strategic systems support, and enterprise software quality assurance functions. Craig managed a team of 80+ with a footprint across the US and India. In 2018, they returned to Shaw Systems Associates, LLC as the Vice President of Product Strategy.

Craig Houston attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1994 to 1998, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance.
