Kerry Boyd is an IPS Team Leader dedicated to empowering individuals to realize their potential. Currently, Kerry supports clients within the NHS in Kent, utilizing the evidence-based IPS model to aid those with severe mental illness in their recovery journey. Previously, Kerry's experience spanned various roles, including Youth Commissioner for the Office of the Kent Police and Crime Commissioner and Coordinator for the National Citizen Service program, focusing on community engagement and youth support. Additionally, Kerry has served as a local councillor for Thanet District Council, managing resident concerns and championing youth initiatives. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Business Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University.
