Rob Needham

Rob Needham is an experienced leader specializing in Product Management, Delivery, and Digital Transformation. Currently serving as the Application Portfolio Manager at Shaw Trust, Rob is responsible for overseeing the enterprise-wide application portfolio, ensuring continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement. Previously, they held various senior roles at The University of Sheffield, including Head of Product for Digital Workplace and interim Head of Product for Education, where they led teams in managing extensive technology portfolios and driving strategic initiatives. Rob's career also includes positions at London Underground and the South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive, where they focused on communication strategies and public transport information systems. Rob earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Sheffield Hallam University, which they continue to pursue.
