Arpan Desai

Arpan Desai is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong focus on IT security and support across various organizations. Currently serving as an Information Technology Security Engineer at Shawbrook since February 2022, Arpan previously worked in IT security at EDF Trading and as Team Lead for Desktop & Service Desk at East Thames Limited, where management of a team and oversight of 900 users were key responsibilities. Arpan's career began after earning a Master's degree in Computing from the University of Greenwich, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Science from Gujarat Vidyapith. With a background that includes senior support roles at Mott MacDonald and DHL Global Mail, Arpan has developed a well-rounded skill set in server management, IT service delivery, and technical support.
