Lee Brand is an experienced data and business intelligence professional with a robust background in SQL development and ETL processes. Currently serving as a Senior SQL Developer at Shawbrook Bank since January 2017, Lee has previously held key roles at XL Catlin as Datawarehouse Support Team Leader and at Catlin as Senior Datawarehouse Support Analyst. Lee's career began at Barclays Bank, where roles included Business Intelligence Analyst and Infrastructure Specialist, focusing on performance measurement, KPI tracking, and Citrix infrastructure support. Lee started the professional journey as a MIS Programmer/Analyst at Barclays Bank from 1999 to 2005. Lee's educational foundation was established at Forest Gate Community School.
